Amazing restaurants share a common kitchen to make setting up shop affordable

This idea calls for redeveloping unused restaurant and retail space into a common kitchen, prep and dishwashing area so several restaurants can lower the cost of setting up and operating in the heart of downtown. This concept would also include creating ample, weather-protected outdoor seating areas.
