2023 Lee Townsend Ambassador of the Year: Stacie Jackson

An air traffic controller, a multilane freeway and as vital as oxygen. This is how Stacie Jackson’s coworkers describe her and the work she does every day for DSA/MID dispatch. Each morning, Stacie fields a cascade of calls while coordinating ambassador teams, figuring out how to solve problems and deliver service to ratepayers.
