August 2020 Ambassador of the Month: Anna

Anna has been integral in keeping our downtown parks safe, clean and inviting since joining MID in 2016. During her tenure with the Public Realm Operations Team, she has developed a sound understanding of every facet of the job and built a deep rapport with new park visitors and regulars alike. Anna’s empathy and people skills have helped her connect individuals in need with the Outreach team, an important step in stabilizing downtown’s at-risk population. Since our return to operations, Anna has stepped up her already considerable work ethic, taking greater responsibility and tasks outside of the day to day responsibilities of an ambassador. For all of this, we are very grateful to have her on the team and are excited to recognize her incredible work. Please join us in congratulating Anna as our August ambassador of the month.
