As downtown Seattle continues to feel the impact of COVID-19 and businesses are in various stages of reopening, please help us track damage to property downtown.
We ask that you fill out and submit this form if you see any of the following on businesses or public infrastructure:
- New graffiti
- Broken windows
- Storefront plywood removal
- Vandalism

While we are not staffed to respond to each of these reports as they come in, we intend to collate this data and share it with partners and public officials. We want to understand the full scope of the challenge and advocate for resources where the greatest needs are.
