Genres: funk, hip-hop, soul Railroad Way North / behind 505 First Ave. S., near Alaskan Way Marshall Law Band is a Seattle-based funk-hop collective known for its high-energy performances and genre-blending sound. Led by MC Marshall Hugh and backed by a five-piece groove machine, the band combines hip-hop, funk and live instrumentation into an electrifying experience that keeps audiences moving from the first beat to the last. This concert is presented in partnership with Hudson Pacific Properties and Friends of Waterfront Park. Come early to enjoy pop-up vendors including Vale Match, Shug’s Soda Fountain & Ice Cream and Make Me A Sandwich! RSVP (encouraged, but not required!) The Downtown Seattle Association is proud to present Downtown Summer Sounds, our summer concert series that has been bringing free live, local music to downtown Seattle for more than 45 years.
