Summer has arrived in Seattle and downtown parks and public spaces are humming with dozens of family-friendly events funded by downtown property owners — from music and art classes to food trucks and puppy crawls. Now in its 45th year, Downtown Summer Sounds kicked off July 5 and runs through Sept. 10, with more than 35 free live concerts. Family movie nights are back at Occidental Square and Westlake Park in July and August. Learn more about what’s happening at each park all summer on our website.
