May Ambassador of the Month: Nicole

Since joining the DSA/MID August 2023, Nicole has approached her job with a total team mindset, and in February of this year she was promoted to assistant supervisor. She has broadened her skills and become an integral part of an internal professional development program designed to further employee skills. Nicole always has a great attitude and a strong willingness to help wherever possible, including recently stepping in to help with a medical emergency downtown.
