March Ambassador of the Month: Spencer

Spencer leads MID’s bike fleet maintenance, working every day to ensure the Community Safety & Hospitality Services Team can navigate downtown streets and sidewalks quickly and confidently. He started his new role in September 2021, immediately solving problems and becoming a respected and reliable team member. Everyone agrees: Spencer is a joy to work with and consistently provides excellent service. From fabricating and attaching kickstands to addressing persistent issues with 11-speed hubs, Spencer does a great job keeping our bikes running and  always has a positive attitude.
