Description | |
Genre: Rock, World Music Location: Occidental Square / 117 S. Washington St. Dengue Fever is an innovative and exotic blend of Cambodian rock, Afro grooves, surf and garage psych jams. The result is an original signature sound of 1960s-inspired psychedelic explorations full of emotion, performed in both Khmer and English. Far from noise, day-to-day frenzy and uninventive expectations, Dengue Fever provides a one-way ticket to a daydream state. The Downtown Seattle Association is proud to present Downtown Summer Sounds, our summer concert series that has been bringing free live, local music to downtown Seattle for more than 45 years. We’re hosting outdoor concerts across downtown from July 11-Aug. 28 — check out the full lineup! The Downtown Summer Sounds concert series is funded by the Metropolitan Improvement District ratepayers and presented by Amazon. | |
