Take a SafeWalk With a DSA/MID Ambassador

Heading to your car after a late shift? Trying to find the fastest way to a transit stop? A friendly downtown ambassador will walk with you.

SafeWalk, a free service from DSA/MID that is funded by downtown ratepayers, supports a safe and welcoming downtown. Available to anyone downtown — residents, employees, business owners, visitors and their guests — SafeWalk pairs you with an ambassador for the walk to your car, a transit stop, your office, a restaurant or wherever you’re headed. Ambassadors will walk one person or an entire group; whatever you need.

SafeWalk is available every day, from 8:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Schedule your walk in advance, or call as needed and an ambassador will arrive in 20 minutes or less. Request a SafeWalk by calling 206-441-3303.

DSA/MID ambassadors are Certified Tourism Ambassadors who provide more than just a SafeWalk:
