Since stepping into his role as assistant supervisor for the PRO Team, Dillon has shown outstanding growth as a leader and teammate. His consistency, fairness and willingness to support others set a strong example every day. 

Dillon’s journey is one of resilience, determination and transformation. From perfect attendance to stepping up for extra shifts whenever needed, he continues to make a positive impact on those around him and throughout downtown Seattle.
