Let’s hear it for William, our January DSA/MID Ambassador of the Month!

William’s quick thinking and compassion made a real difference when he recently spotted a child alone at Fourth Avenue & Bell Street and sprang into action to ensure the child’s safety. William’s willingness to go above and beyond, engage with the community, approach businesses and coordinate with peers exemplifies extraordinary care and presence of mind.

An ATLV operator, William takes on the critical duties of cleaning bike lanes and curblines, preparing 330 gallons of solution each week to keep our MID service trikes and trucks running strong for alley and sidewalk maintenance.
