MID Ratepayer Survey: Your Input Shapes Our Work

Your feedback matters, and we want to hear from you.

To ensure the Metropolitan Improvement District continues to provide the most effective and valuable services, DSA/MID conducts a brief, twice-yearly survey of MID ratepayers. The survey explores awareness, understanding and perceived value of MID programs, helping guide future investments and improvements.

The winter 2026 survey is open now and takes just a few minutes to complete. As a thank you, participants will be entered to win a $150 gift card to either Nordstrom or Wild Ginger.

Please share your input by 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 6.

The MID spans 300 square blocks across six downtown neighborhoods, providing cleaning, safety and place-management services funded by commercial and residential property owners within the district. Your perspective helps ensure these services continue to reflect the needs of downtown property owners, businesses and residents.
