Let’s hear it for Robert, our DSA/MID December Ambassador of the Month! Robert exemplifies every core value of the MID through his dedication, reliability and positive attitude. From Day 1, he has shown meaningful growth and a strong commitment to doing every task with pride and professionalism. 

When PRO Team 4 was formed, Robert stepped up without hesitation, serving as a temporary assistant supervisor and helping guide the team through the transition. He also went above and beyond during the DSA/MID move, always volunteering his time and adapting to change with ease.  

A natural leader and mentor, Robert supports new team members and helps lift everyone around him. Congratulations, Robert — this recognition is well deserved!
