Highlights from the 67th DSA/MID Annual Meeting & Party

More than 600 DSA members, downtown property owners, residents and community leaders gathered at Victory Hall at The Boxyard in June for our 67th Annual Meeting & Party, presented by Alaska Airlines. The event celebrated the achievements of the past year and looked ahead to exciting developments for downtown.

Attendees heard from board members, and DSA President & CEO Jon Scholes provided an examination of downtown’s current status, the priorities for the year ahead and a detailed Downtown To-Do List for how people can help drive downtown’s continued revitalization forward.

Among the evening’s highlights was the presentation of the 2024-25 Lee Townsend MID Ambassador of the Year award to Jules Sauer, a PRO Team assistant supervisor, who was selected from a pool of 11 ambassadors of the month. You can read more about Jules’ recognition here.

With live music from Smokey Brights and vibrant conversations, the event was a reminder of the strong community driving downtown forward. A huge thank you to our sponsors, especially presenting sponsor Alaska Airlines.
