The public will soon get a sneak peek at the final design and improvements of Elliott Bay Connections, the public-private partnership that will connect, restore and revitalize public parks along the Elliott Bay waterfront from Pier 62 to the beach just south of Smith Cove.

The EBC team is hosting a virtual presentation from 6-7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10. Presenters include Lara Rose, principal and landscape architect from Walker Macy, Valerie Segrest, co-founder and partner of Tahoma Peak Solutions, and Alfred Waugh, founder of Formline Architecture. DSA President & CEO Jon Scholes will also speak during the online presentation.

The project, funded entirely by private donations, is expected to be complete by 2026. DSA is the project implementation partner, bringing together a group of Seattle-based firms experienced in public space improvements, public agency requirements and community engagement.
