Downtown Seattle’s business and nonprofit landscape has been significantly altered by COVID-19. While some businesses remain closed, many DSA members and other downtown businesses have now begun to reopen their doors for in-store shopping or dining-in, while following public health guidelines. Help support local business and downtown’s retail, restaurant and arts sectors by checking out the many reopenings, adjusted hours and promotional deals below.
Ivar’s
Ivar’s Fish Bar on Pier 54 is open for takeout. Acres of Clams and Salmon House are also open for takeout while patios are closed.
Sailing Seattle
Sailing Seattle is closed for the season. Gift certificates are available now for next season starting in April 2021.
Seattle Aquarium
While the Seattle Aquarium remains temporarily closed, memberships are a fun gift to give someone for when they reopen. They are currently offering 10% off the price of membership gift certificates. Discount will be applied automatically during step four of checkout and is valid November 1–December 31, 2020.

Simply Seattle
While supplies last, Simply Seattle is offering free face masks (plus minimal shipping costs) to anyone who needs one. Proceeds from Simply Seattle’s COVID-19 Stay Strong Collection go to The Seattle Foundation and people impacted by COVID-19.
Starbucks
Takeout only. Customers can still order at the counter, through the “order ahead” feature in the Starbucks app, via drive-thru and use delivery.
