Start your day off right with meditation and yoga classes, every Wednesday at the Urban Village at 2+U. Instructor Haley Rae Derge leads four back-to-back classes each week from 7–9 a.m., with new sessions starting every 30 minutes. Join for one class or stay as long as you’d like! 7:30–8 a.m.: Stretching Flow

8–8:30 a.m.: Vinyasa Yoga
