| Policy Committee |

Description: DSA’s Policy Committee is open to DSA members (and Board members) and makes recommendations to the DSA Executive Committee and Board on key policy issues impacting Downtown in the areas of public spaces and public safety, transportation and economic competitiveness. The committee is comprised of a broad representation of Downtown businesses and organizations.

| Smart Growth Committee |
Chair: Denny Onslow, Harbor Properties, Inc
Description: The Smart Growth Committee focuses on land use and economic development issues facing Downtown.

| Downtown Communication and Marketing Committee |
|
Chairs: Ken Grant, Exclaim LLC and Natalie Price, The Fearey Group
Description: The Downtown Communications & Marketing Committee develops campaigns to build on Downtown's image as the preferred place to shop, dine, stay and play. In partnership with the Metropolitan Improvement District, the committee implements destination marketing initiatives including the holiday carousel in Westlake Park, the Out to Lunch Summer Concerts, while coordinating with the neighborhood committees to produce a variety of seasonal, neighborhood-specific campaigns and promotions.

Description: The Membership Committee works to identify and recruit new DSA members while developing innovative programming that encourages current members to stay engaged throughout the year.

| Clean and Safe Downtown Committee |
Chair: Peter Sill, Watermark Tower
Description: MID’s Clean and Safe Downtown Committee addresses issues and policies affecting the urban environment within the MID boundaries. In a given year, these issues may include panhandling, streetscape improvements, police enforcement and more.
